Craighead Electric Cooperative is proud to service over 28,000 members in seven northeast Arkansas Counties. As a distribution cooperative, Craighead Electric Cooperative is a member-owned not-for-profit electric company, which purchases electric power at wholesale and distributes it to members within its service territory. Its profit or margins are put back into the cooperative to help run the business efficiently or are returned to the member-owners through Capital Credits. A cooperative exists to provide high quality service at the lowest possible price.
Need assistance with your bill? Crowley’s Ridge Development Council (CRDC) will start accepting applications for utility assistance January 4th, 2016. These funds will apply to your electric bill. There will be a limited amount of funds, so don’t delay!

Recently Craighead Electric launched its new Online Payment page, previously eBiz, now called AccessMyUtility. Like eBiz, members can still go online to make a payment; however, with AccessMyUtility, members will have more information available to view. Members can view and pay their bill, check billing and payment histories and view usage history, just to name a few.
