Craighead Electric Cooperative is proud to service over 30,000 members in seven northeast Arkansas Counties. As a distribution cooperative, Craighead Electric Cooperative is a member-owned not-for-profit electric company, which purchases electric power at wholesale and distributes it to members within its service territory. Its profit or margins are put back into the cooperative to help run the business efficiently or are returned to the member-owners through Capital Credits. A cooperative exists to provide high quality service at the lowest possible price.
Prepay Metering Program
Starting July 10, 2017, CRDC will be accepting applications for energy assistance.
Regular assistance applications will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Fridays at all CRDC locations.
Applications for crisis assistance will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday only.

If you have viewed it lately, you will notice that the old outage map has been replaced with a new-and-improved version, providing clearer and more up-to-date information. As always, if Craighead Electric members are without power, they are urged to call the automated outage-reporting system so that their outage can be reported on the outage map.
